Level 4
Exceeding the Level
I have a negative influence on the team.
The teacher has reminded me to get involved.
I get into arguments, and sometimes use nasty words.
I sometimes cheat.
I sometimes make a contribution to the team goal.
I sometimes need the teacher or my team mates to remind me to join in or try harder.
I try to use positive words and actions to encourage my team, but I find it hard.
I always make a contribution to the team goal.
I include myself in the team activity, and I include others.
I sometimes use positive words and actions to encourage my team.
I am a leader in making a contribution to the team goal.
I make sure I include everyone in what’s going on.
I am always encouraging, and my positive words and actions lift my team’s performance.

Blog Reflection

The team game we played was:  Dodgeball

For this activity, I rate myself (circle one) 1 2 3 4

I gave myself this rating because (describe something that happened that supports the rating you
gave yourself).

I gave myself this rating in dodgeball I tried hard and got the whole team back in 2 times by catching
the ball after getting out and shooting the basketball hoop and getting it which lets the whole team to
get back in.

What was something that was challenging about today’s activity? (in relation to teamwork)

It was challenging when there were just a few players on the opposition team and than someone
caught the ball and got the dodgeball in the basketball hoop and the whole team got back in and
basically restarts the game.

How did I overcome this challenge?

My team overcame this challenge by guarding the bench which stopped the opposition getting back
into the game.

P.E Team Contribution Form

Working as a Team

Blog Reflection

The team game we played was:  Pancake Wars

For this activity, I rate myself (circle one) 1 2 [3] 4

I gave myself this rating because (describe something that happened that supports the
rating you gave yourself).

I gave myself this rating because I sometimes have good ideas for certain games and include
myself and others and give other people a try at different roles (Rolling in kick long ball i like
rolling the ball but I let others have a go as well) (And when i had the pancake in pancake wars I
was swapping around the pancake as a strategy as well as sharing the roles of the game around)

What was something that was challenging about today’s activity? (in relation to teamwork)

It was challenging to get the pancake back to your teams stash of pancakes but once the teams
figured out a really good strategy which was going to jail it is mentioned in the next part of this
form. (etc)

How did I overcome this challenge?

It was challenging in parts but if u got the pancake the easiest way to get the pancake to your
team's side it was easy to get the pancake run to the jail get someone out of jail and the
opposition could not tag you of the jail breaker.

Basic Coookies

This week in food technoligy we have been looking at cookies, On Wednesday we prepared the cookie dough and on Thursday we weighed them and cooked them. I was in a team with Mikayla.

The total wight of alll the dough was 382grams after weighing alll the dough we done the maths 382grams ➗12=32grams once we got alll the coookies even we rollled them into ballls and put them on the baking tray, we got a fork and got tow fingers on one side of thhhe balll and our thumb on the other side and pushed the ballls down with a fork until they were alll even size, then I placed them in the oven they coooked for about 12 minutesuntil they turned golden, we toook them out of the oven and let them coooled.

I had a theory that the coookies would lose weight over the time of coooking i thought that because moisture is a big fact of weight and when they were cooking they lost alot of moisture and the turned out weighing after cooked 27grams.

From my point of view the cookies were really yum with the chocolate chips I was not the biggest fan of the cranberries.
